21 Grams acquires Mailworld – “we become a stronger communication player in the Nordics”

Swedish 21 Grams is buying 100% of the shares in Mailworld Group. Hence, the company secures full control over both MailWorld AB and Mailworld Office AB. This is reported by 21 Grams in a press release.

“We are very happy to have Mailworld as a part of the 21 Grams-group. In addition to having a leading role within certain segments and more than 500 clients, we are also strengthening our management in several areas with this deal. This will make 21 Grams an even stronger communication player in the Nordics,” says Stefan Blomqvist, CEO of 21 Grams.

21 Grams and Mailworld will after the merger have a combined turn over of approximately 750 million Swedish kronor. The clients in the two companies will get access to a broader range of services within traditional and digital post services, with a continued focus on simplicity and price effectiveness, according to 21 Grams.

MailWorld AB is a large independent supplier of letters and packages abroad with distribution world-wide.

Mailworld Office AB is a Swedish certified post operator with focus on office mail and unsorted domestic post.
