Stibo acquires Rosendahls – “a strategic deal”

Danish print giant Stibo Complete buys Rosendahls Print-Design-Media A/S in Denmark. Rosendahls is a graphic and digital communications company with a history all the way back to 1902, according to a press release from Stibo.

”We have for a long time had our eyes on Rosendahls, because this is a fantastic business with a strong brand which we want to further develop. Furthermore, Rosendahls has a unique position in the market and very dedicated employees – and it’s a company with a reasonable development potential. The acquisition is another step in our strategy to consolidate the print market in Scandinavia and create critical volume within existing and new business areas. This will enable us to further investment in the future. We are continuously expanding our business range in order to support our journey from being primarily a large industrial player to become a graphic full service provider. We are fulfilling our clients’ needs for one-stop shopping,” says Søren Henriksen, CEO of Stibo Complete.

Rosendahls offers a wide range of services within communication, publishing, storage
and distribution. The company has 150 employees and a turn over of approximately 200 million DKK.

“The purchase will strengthen our position in Scandinavia, where we one year ago acquired Swedish GigantPrint which is a market leader within development and production of graphic material for use in stores and at events – so-called Point of Sales solutions,” says Henriksen.
