Indian supplier wants a foothold in the Nordic market
The Indian-based supplier Autoprint is looking for a foothold in the Nordic market with its portfolio of production machines. The company already has representation in Norway through the company Europrint. Grafkom has been talking to the Norwegian representative.
Autoprint has more than 12,500 installations world-wide and will now increase its focus on Europe and the Nordics. The company tells Media Monitor that it currently already has 42 installations in Europe, and that it is now focusing on installing the first machine in the Nordics.
In Norway Autoprint uses Oslo-based Europrint for marketing and sales of Autoprint’s machine portfolio.
“We have already been in contact with many print companies in the Nordics and are now in advanced talks with several players. We hope to be able to install 2-3 machines shortly,” says Mr Singh to Grafkom.
Smaller sheetfed offset machines and finishing equipment
Autoprint is focusing both on smaller sheetfed production machines and not least finishing equipment.
When it comes to sheetfed offset, the company offers smaller machines which can be a production alternative for smaller runs, i.e. Autoprint 1520 COLT 7K and Autoprint Knight which offer offset in A3.
The company also has a broad range of finishing equipment from cutting machines to folding machines and different machines for coating, i.e. Autoprint Fine Coat 80 Drip off.
Looking for further resources in Europe
Autoprint also tells Grafkom that they are looking for two sales resources who can market and sell Autoprint’s products in Europe.
Autoprint has more than 12,500 installations world-wide, and has exported its machines to over 50 countries so far.
