Grafkom Nordic Network AB (“we”) is the controller for the processing of personal data on grafkom.io. We care about your privacy and only collect what we need. Questions? Reach us at info@grafkom.se.

What data we process

  • Event registration: name, email, company, title and any invoicing details. Used to administer your registration and seat. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
  • Payment: card payments are handled by an external payment provider; invoicing details are kept for billing. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation (accounting).
  • Mailings: if you sign up for our newsletter we use your email to send it. Legal basis: consent – you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Site statistics: aggregated, cookie-free web analytics without identifying individuals.

Company-level visitor identification

To understand which companies are interested in our events, we process visitors’ IP addresses to look up the organisation a visit comes from. We use both an in-house solution and an external company-identification service. We identify companies only, never individuals, we use no tracking cookies, and the IP address itself is not stored. Legal basis: legitimate interest in reaching the right companies with our business.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. To run the site and our services we use trusted providers that process data on our behalf – for example for hosting and storage, payments, email delivery, and analytics and company identification. We enter into data processing agreements with them, and some may process data outside the EU/EEA with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as needed for the purpose. Accounting records (e.g. invoices) are kept for seven years as required by law. Company-level statistics are kept only as long as relevant.
