LaserTryk makes yet another acquisition in Sweden

Scandinavian Print Group (LaserTryk) is making another acquisition in Sweden by taking over Inntech Signmaker. Operations and staff will relocate to the SPG Group’s facilities in Stockholm.
SPG is acquiring 100 percent of the shares in Inntech Signmaker. According to SPG, the plan is for Inntech to continue its operations as before, but all sales, customer service, and production personnel will move to SPG’s facility in Hägersten, just outside Stockholm.
Esben Mols Kabell, CEO of SPG, tells Branschkoll that Inntech adds products within areas such as outdoor advertising and retail displays that complement the group’s offering in the Swedish market.
"Inntech has competent employees, a stable and strong customer base, as well as several exciting products in outdoor displays. They also have solid solutions for retail and other outdoor applications, which we are pleased to include in our comprehensive offering in Sweden."
The acquisition is part of SPG’s stated strategy to grow in Sweden through acquisitions.
"Our goal is always to preserve the identity of the companies we acquire, including how they sell to and service their customers. At the same time, we obviously want to create synergies through larger, centralized production, along with efficient administration and strong IT solutions," says Mols Kabell.
Max Larsvall at Inntech believes the sale will result in improved service for customers moving forward.
"The previous owners feel that Inntech is ending up in the right hands and that the companies complement each other in several areas. I view Inntech’s new place within the SPG Group as a perfect fit," says Max Larsvall.
A year ago, Screenbolaget and Realtryck were acquired, and their premises in Hägersten became the new base for Scandinavian Print Group in Sweden.
In 2025, Inntech had 22 employees and achieved a turnover of 40.6 million SEK, with a net profit of 1.3 million SEK.
