The consolidation of the graphic sector continues. In January alone, Norway saw two major mergers being finalized.
BK Trykkpartner and Fagtrykk, both based in Trondheim, merge
BK Trykkpartner and Fagtrykk are joining forces in Trondheim and building central Norway’s largest graphic arts hub – in new premises at Skovgård in Trondheim.
The new BK Trykkpartner/Fagtrykk constellation will become one of the largest and most comprehensive graphic arts hubs in the region, with over 50 employees and a combined turnover exceeding 150 million NOK. This also strengthens the BK Group’s national position, placing the group among the largest graphic industry players in Norway, according to the press release.
“This is exactly the type of move we aim to make: consolidate, modernize, and digitalize. We are building a platform for further growth – both organically and through acquisitions. The industry is ripe for consolidation, and BK will take an offensive role in that development. 2026 will be a pivotal year for us. We will simplify our structure and unite more clearly under a single BK brand. By working more cohesively, we will gain more momentum in our initiatives and make things easier for our customers,” says BK CEO, Anders Årstein Hansen.
Two Oslo printers become one
RKGrafisk AS and TS Trykk AS are merging to create a stronger and more competitive player within graphic production and printing services, according to a press release from the parties.
“In today’s constantly changing market, you need to reach a certain size to remain competitive. This will be a fantastic gathering of professional expertise at every level, and I am very much looking forward to it!” says Robert Storli of TS Trykk in a comment to grafkom.no.
In 2024, RKGrafisk had a turnover of NOK 81.7 million, while TS Trykk had a turnover of NOK 36.8 million.
