Eirik Bergh Appointed New CEO of Ålgård Offset Group

Eirik Bergh is one of the speakers at Print Next in Stockholm on November 18.

Paul Bjarte Løyning will continue his involvement with the group through board work and consultancy, ensuring continuity and the retention of the extensive expertise built up over many years, the company states.

Extensive Industry Experience – Including International Markets

Bergh brings broad, long-standing experience from the printing industry, packaging production, and international business development. He joins most recently from leadership roles at Skanem Group—one of the Nordic region’s largest label and packaging producers—where his responsibilities spanned marketing, industrial operations, sustainability, strategy, and business development.

With over 28 years in the sector, he has gained comprehensive market experience across the Nordics, the Baltics, Germany, and the UK, while also contributing to the growth and management of operations in both Africa and India.

Throughout his career, Bergh has worked closely with production teams, brand owners, suppliers, and industry organizations. He is recognized as an engaging and unifying leader with a strong passion for innovation, sustainability, and long-term value creation. He has also actively contributed to the development of the graphic arts industry through various board positions and trade associations.
