“All involved parties have voted in favor of the plan.”

The creditors approved Swedish Arkitektkopia’s debt reduction plan.
The proposal for debt reduction in Arkitektkopia’s reconstruction was approved without amendments during the court hearing held on Tuesday, January 14, at the Solna District Court. This was confirmed by Judge Evelina Säfwe to Branschkoll.
“With this ruling, the reconstruction is formally concluded, and the approved debt reduction in the reconstruction plan will now be implemented. All involved parties have voted in favor of the plan, and no objections were raised,” said CEO Gunnar Duintjer in a comment to Branschkoll.
Branschkoll has previously reported on Arkitektkopia’s reconstruction and the proposed reductions, which involve debts owed to approximately 200 creditors, including the Swedish Tax Agency.
Gunnar Duintjer is now looking forward: “Arkitektkopia enters 2025 with a focus on rebuilding a long-term successful and profitable business. We would like to extend our gratitude to all partners, suppliers, and customers who, in various ways, contributed to helping us complete this reconstruction,” said Gunnar Duintjer.
