Finland: Punamusta buys Pixmill
The Finnish printing and media group Punamusta has acquired all shares in the Finnish large format printer Pixmill . The purchase is valued at 3.2 million euro on a debt free basis.
The take-over is part of Punamusta’s strategy of becoming a market leader in printing in Finland, according to a press release .
In 2019, Pixmill had sales of 8.3 million euro and an operating result of 0.2 million euro.
Punamusta Media Corporation with 710 employees says in the press release that the group estimates a turn over of 120 million euro in 2020 and EBIT of 1.5 million euro.
