More post press consolidation in Sweden
Recently Grafkom.info revealed a major deal in the Swedish post press and book binder business when SDK acquired Aros Bokbinderi . Just weeks after, three other companies in the same type of business have changed owner.
- Klippans Bokbinderi (owned by Ljungbergs Tryckeri) in the southern part of Sweden has acquired the specialized post press company RST.
- Two book binders in the city of Falköping have both filed for bankruptcy in the last couple of weeks – Falköpings Bokbinderi and JKJ Bokbinderi have combined a yearly turn over of 16 million SEK according to latest annual reports.
