Stibo Complete acquires Aller Tryk in Denmark. The former will take over the printing of all magazines from Aller Media Nordic across Scandinavia. This was announced by Stibo Complete in a press release.
“Through the acquisition of Aller Tryk, we are strengthening both our capacity and our production of weekly magazines, periodicals, and journals. At the same time, we are establishing a long-term supply agreement with Aller Media Nordic, which has chosen to focus entirely on its publishing operations. This aligns perfectly with our growth ambitions and our knowledge of printing built over generations,” says Søren Henriksen, CEO of Stibo Complete Group, in the press release.
“We have chosen a consolidation strategy”
Stibo acknowledges that the printing market has been in decline for several years. To succeed and remain competitive, the printing group emphasizes that it will be crucial to continuously develop new services for customers while maintaining competitive pricing.
“For many years, Stibo Complete has pursued a consolidation strategy. We have been successful with this approach, and we will continue along this path. Even though the market is shrinking, there are still many business opportunities, and we are demonstrating that through the acquisition of Aller Tryk,” Henriksen adds.
Aller Tryk reported net sales of just over DKK 265 million in its latest financial year.
