Swedish giant Brandfactory is selling its Danish arm

Danish firm Damgaard-Jensen buys the Danish arm of Swedish firm Brandfactory.
After the reconstruction in Brandfactory, the Swedish giant now sells its business in yet another country. In 2016 and 2017 Brandfactory sold its businesses in Estonia and Finland.
The new Danish firm Damgaard-Jensen/Brandfactory will have around 200 employees and a turn over of almost 300 million Danish DKK. In the first phase, both companies will keep their brands in the market and operate as two independent units. The new Danish firm will work closely with Brandfactory in Sweden and Norway when it comes to Nordic projects.
Brandfactory Denmark’s former CEO, René Rafn Hansen , will be heading the new firm. He took over as CEO of Damgaard-Jensen August 11. Maria Beck- Tange, who was appointed CEO of Brandfactory Denmark last year is leaving the company.
Martin Alsander at Lazarus/BrandFactory Group says in a press release that the group wants to maintain a close partnership between the companies in Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
